I love living here! This was my first apartment and I've lived here for over a year and haven't had any problems. The ladies in the office are so nice and maintenance is great, always respond fast to my couple work orders. I live in a studio in building 7 right by the new dog park & pool and my days off from work and school I usually have it all to myself. Super close to UNF and town Center which is nice for me. Thank you for everything, Verona Palms!

Love it here
I have been living here for almost two years, the experience has been great so far. The staff here is also great and friendly. When even I have contacted the office staff they were quick to address the problem. I am very pleased with the way they take care of the property ensuring that it’s clean and safe. I love it here.

Looking good
We have lived here for 6 years, it's a totally different complex with a whole new feel. They did a lot of projects like roofing and painting and new pool so it was noisy for a little while but now it's all done. I am happy to drive home where it is pretty and peaceful.

Don’t live here
I have been living here for over two years and have waited months for one orders to be completed. I have maggots in my dishwasher. Black mold in my AC vents And I got a non-renewal because they refused to fix anything. They rather just move someone else in and let them suffer the way I do..
