Loving Arcona Grove!

Fantastic. Simple one word review. For context, here is some great highlights about living in Arcona Grove Apartments so far.
Let's start with Hunter Craig, the young lady that greeted me at the office for as I stepped in for the first time. She's awesome. All smiles and hard work. Hunter did a great job showing me around the property and finding the perfect apartment for my needs. Leading me carefully through the application process, it was a real.joy to work with her and to see her in the… office when I have questions, or just stopping in to say hello.
The property is very quiet, the units are really well maintained. In the one instance I had a maintenance issue, the problem was resolved the same day by the great maintenance team.
The rest.of the office staff are very responsive to questions and issues on the property. A downed tree was sorted the very night it happened. I think anyone would be hard pressed to find a better leasing team!
I will certainly be renewing my lease!
A great location, great.price, great living!
Arcana Grove is a place I'm happy to.call home.

Home sweet home

I love living here! The staff is top notch! The maintenance team is helpful and great! The pool is amazing (there's two pools ) Theres a workout center and a park.

Quiet place to call home

Ive lived here for over a year. The staff is friendly and amazing. Ive never had an issue. They have quickly fixed any maintenance concerns. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. The amenities are amazing with new pools to enjoy. And they always do fun things for their residents

ROACHES

I moved in 3 weeks ago, I have been fighting the roaches they are in the carpet in the walls everywhere I kill upwards 12 a day and those are the ones i’m able to kill before they run. The unit had several issues such as the stove missing the piece that makes it heat the window missing locks the tub didn’t drain the paint job is awful and i doubt i’ll get my security deposit back due to the damage that was here before i moved in. Please if you move here make sure you see your unit with a member… of the office. The flooding is another major issue, the parking lot floods with a little rain the grass turns into a swamp no matter what it’s absolutely ridiculous.
