I don't understand the bad reviews on here. I know not everyone has the same experiences which is fine. I have been here one month shy of a year and everything has been great. I was lucky to get on the third floor which I love! Maintenance is very helpful and things are done in a timely manor. Only problem I have is with the laundry facilities. They definitely need more washers/dryers and they need to be cleaned out more regularly and updated. Online payments are great and all utilities included... , I can't find that anywhere else!

You'll be happier somewhere else
Do not store anything in their basement storage units. Rats will destroy your items. The laundry units they provide are hardly ever cleaned. The basement and washing machines smell like standing water. The dryers are often broken or extremely loud. My floor constantly smells like weed because people smoke in their units and not outside. Only positive is only paying one bill. No worries about running the A/C or water. Being close to 224 is nice but you hear people speeding down the street every... day.

Not so great
I’ve been here for a couple months now and let me tell you, when I say I hear everything my neighbor is doing above me. I hear EVERYTHING. I’m not sure about other people being able to hear their upstairs neighbors but mine is horrible. The ceiling is so thin I can even hear her conversations. They are nice apartments but the walls are way too thin. I will be moving when my lease is up because of this issue.

nice place to call home
we have a nice 2 bed, 2 bath apartment, security main entrance, nice amenities(pool, fitness room, basketball court(,just to give you an idea)all the people are really nice that run they apartments, if need something taken care of its handle in a timely fashion!
