Están infestados de cucarachas y de moho y en la oficina no hacen nada por arreglarlos !!!

It was fine when we moved in two or so years ago, just much your average studio apartment with a bit of a bug problem... the worst complaints at that point were about noisy neighbors and a bedbug issue that was eventually resolved, but ever since management switched a while back it's been absolutely awful to deal with. New management is ridiculously rude and incompetent at their jobs; they won't even cash rent checks for months. You're on your own dealing with repairs and roaches (and there are... a ridiculous amount of roaches now - there weren't too many to begin with but they're everywhere now, and they'll still intrude on you every month to spray seriously ineffective bug repellent all over your apartment), as they won't contact repair people / exterminators for you even if you're footing the bill (and you DEFINITELY are). Neighbors are ridiculously loud and in the past few months mgmt. is not even bothering to make sure people are picking up their trash and dog waste. They are NEVER at the office during office hours and they NEVER pick up the phone. Might have previously said to move in here if you're looking for super cheap rent, but at this point it's not even worth that. Save yourself some trouble and don't even bother looking. Read More

Great location. Beautiful interior. Outstanding management and staff. Tons of closet space. Excellent price. You should live here!

This complex access streets are normally blocked by car transport carriers. There are 2 to three kids to each apartment. But the management staff are excellent and he prices of the apartments are more than fare for Santa Fe NM.
