I have no complaints I feel safe when I walk my dog. The neighbors, we have I no complaints. My husband and I have over two years living at Eagle Point and we will be renewing our lease. Office staff have been attentive to our needs. Thank you Eagle Point staff

3 best features - Location, location, and location. Office staff friendly. Maintenance is good. Facilities and cleanliness is subpar. Laundry room is a hot mess-machines fail frequently. The dumpster areas are poorly cleaned with lots of just junk being left around the dumpsters for weeks on end. The policy they have for raising rents every time you renew your lease leads to a lot of turnover of residents.
