Fair at best!!!
Keep in mind...you get what you pay for. No washer and dryer in the one bedroom apartments . The closest laundromat is disgusting. The water pressure in the one bedroom apartments has been decreased since they are now offering "free water". Parking lot desperately needs to be resurfaced. The winter months are an adventure to say the least.

Thank you for your comments. To clarify, we have NEVER offered "Free Water", which is provided through the City of Batavia. Our water pressure
is normal, and any issues will always be addressed by maintenance.

Lincoln court Apartments
I have lived here for about 1.5 years now. So far I have enjoyed living here, it is quite, close to the I-88 expressway and route 38, and only 5 minutes away from Geneva and 10 from St. Charles.
One of the perks of Lincoln Court is that the units are furnished. I was able to simply move in, and get settled down. Rent is low for the area, and being so close to Randall rd, all my shopping needs are close at hand!

Lincoln Court Apartments
I have lived here for 1.5 years now. All I can say is that it is very comfortable and best of all it is a furnished unit. Considering the area it is in, next to Geneva IL and St. Charles, the rent is quite low, and the units are well maintained. Any issues I may have had are immediately taken care of. So far I am quite happy here. Also it is 5 minutes away from I-88 and 5 minutes from Rt 38.
