Beautiful community

Sun Hollow

Sun Hollow has been a tranquil, clean, convenient location for me to live in. Since I've moved in, the ladies at the office have been helpful with April, who is particularly funny and makes her very pleasant to deal with. All the main concerns I've had since I moved in have been taken care of reasonably, and the rest of the staff I've noticed appear to be hard working around the property every morning. In addition, I like how they use positive reinforcement to promote on-time monthly rent... payments every month by holding raffles, during which I was able to secure one win within the first three months of moving. It's always a pleasure being rewarded for taking care of your responsibilities. Overall, Sun Hollow apartments have been the best apartment I've lived in thus far, and the location is very convenient for me as so many places are within walking distance. If the pricing remains reasonable, it will be the main factor in whether I renew my lease when the time comes.

Nice and Peaceful apartments

I have lived here for a few years. I notice that people tend to put many bad reviews, but I do see a big change with the apartments. The faculty is really sweet. Yes, the apartments are much older, but they try very hard. I've been in very fancy apartments and the customer service wasn't great. I'm happy here and I wish the staff the best. Thank you all for what you do.
