The staff are wonderful and take care of your needs as soon as you call them. They go out of their way to help in everyway. the apartment I live in now is so nice with the upgraded kitchen with a griddle on the stove top!!!!! the landscape is so nice very appealing when I take my dog for walks.I feel very safe walking through the complex even at night .
Maintenance work great and come as soon as I put in request. The pool area and gym is very clean and well taken care of.

HORRIBLE! I WAS ASSULTED ENTERING BUILDING FROM MY CAR. MY DAUGHTER WAS ALSO ASSULTED ENTERING SAME BUILDING. LATER 2 OF MY DAUGHTER'S WERE AMBUSHED DURING AN ATTEMPTED HOME INVASION ON MY APARTMENT BY OTHER TENANTS. WHILE I WAS ON THE PHONE WITH 911. FORGE DOCUMENTS TO COVER THEIR OWN BLANK. KEEP ALL OF YOUR RENTAL LEASES , ANY LETTERS ADDRESSED TO YOU. IN CASE, YOU HAVE TO SUE THEM! DISHONEST AND MISLEADING PROPERTY MANAGEMENT AND OFFICE STAFF. WHOM COULD CARE LESS ABOUT THEIR TENANTS. THEY... WILL BE DECEPTIVE IN ORDER TO SECURE A RENTAL. TAKE MY TRUTH AND RUN! ROACH AND MOLD INFESTED. MOVED OUT WITH PNEUMONIA, A BRAIN INJURY, IN THERAPY FOR PTSD FROM THE WHOLE TRAUMATIC ORDEAL AND RETALIATORY ACTS FROM PROPERTY MANAGEMENT. I FORGOT TO MENTION THE MAINTENANCE LADY WHOM GOT FIRED FOR TRYING TO AMBUSH ME. THE OTHER MAINTENANCE LADY TRIED TO ASSULT MY 22 YO DAUGHTER WHILE SHE WALKED HOME FROM THE STORE BECAUSE MY DAUGHTER FAILED TO ACKNOWLEDGE HER IN PASSING. Pembroke Town Center Apartments are great!! My fiancé, 2 year old, and I moved in November 2016. The only thing we absolutely hated in the beginning was that we had to walk through one building to get to ours. We actually love it now because when its nice outside we can leave all of our doors/windows open without the traffic of people or vehicles ruining the peace and quiet.
The first day we lived there I saw a roach. We immediately reached out to the... office and they had the bug people out the very next week. Since then we've seen a very minimal amount of bugs in our apartment, but still see a bit in the hallways from time to time, especially when its warm out.
Also when we first moved in there was a strange odor near the front door of our home. Once again the girls in the office were eager to please us. They scheduled a vent cleaning for us, had a maintenance guy come out to look under the carpet, and in the attic above our apartment. When the maintenance guys came to check under our carpet, they brought a hammer and told us they didn't actually know how to do what the office was asking. My father ended up at my place to show them how to do it. He also took it upon him self to climb up into the attic above our apartment because the maintenance guy told us he wasn't going up there. Office is eager to please, but I think SOME of the maintenance guys are under qualified. Our bathroom didn't have an outlet, again the office jumped into action. A maintenance guys was in there within 2 weeks of us living there and installed one for us!
Besides these minor set backs, we have absolutely LOVE living in Pembroke Town Center Apartments. We are minutes from the mall, highway, & town center. You can't beat this price for its location. Water, gas for cooking, and trash/sanitation is included in our $1035 a month for our 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom. I do wish that dish washers were included in all of the units, but unfortunately very few of their units have them.
The park, pool, and gym is in walking distance from the entire complex. All areas are usually very well kept & clean. Some gentlemen do tend to use the community laundry room directly under out unit as their nightly hang out spot, but they are always quiet, friendly, and respectful so we've never had any issues with them hanging out there.
