Bellogente Garden Apartments

Anybody looking to rent here… look away. Buildings look horrible need to be power washed and painted. Interior of apartments are outdated and are only slightly remodeled if residents move out, unless you are the property manager and is constantly remodeling their apartment.

This place is getting worse 2 or 3 years ago, the tools of the vehicles began to be stolen.
also some things of the departments and it seems that the manager is not interested because the problem continues.
If the cameras are there, I think I should have done something because, as I repeat, they are already several times.

This is by far one of the most amazing, affordable apartment complexes in the area.
The units are nice, affordable, upgraded, and cozy.
The apartment manager is AMAZING, and she's really helped us through all of our questions and concerns, which there wasn't many because things are great here.

Maintenance requests are handled by Angel very quickly, although sometimes the maintenance guy seems a little serious, he's actually a friendly guy once you get to know him.

The only thing I would... change is the policy regarding parents not being outside to supervise their small children. Another draw back is there not being two bathrooms available, but then again, that's probably why the rent is so competitive. Read More

The manager always goes above and beyond to help me with all of my needs and makes me feel right at home. I feel safe here and love the fact that many of my neighbors have lived here for many years.

I’ve been living at least 15 years and since the new manager arrives I’ve never seen the tree palms been trimmed the branches are hanging and looks so bad before they was putting seasonal flowers front and both side of the main entrance now you will see 2 or 3 agaves on each planter last summer people was bringing their own chairs to the pool because was fixing them now the jacuzzi is closed many times was repairing with used parts but the rent is been Increased about $400 on the last 3 or 4... years now you cannot do barbecue in your porch you have to cook on the picnic area over 95* on summer and then come back to your house because is nothing shade there.
Of course a lot a people is getting out to find an other place.
