BUGS !!!’ Roaches !! Bats!! Stuff falling apart, cheap concept at this whole place but they want to price gauge you for rent ! No working gates no working pools the staff is awful ! Would never consider going back here ever again

This place is a joke. Management doesn’t care. There are roaches all over, broken AC’s, broken gates, constant construction, crime, and “great” amenities that never work.

Absolutely LOVE my new home! From the awesome customer service at the main office, to the prompt response from the maintenance department I am very impressed with my community overall excellence in customer service. I feel safe, my smart apartment is gorgeous, love the new painted buildings and the beautiful and well maintained grounds. I love calling Arbors my new home! Do not waste your time, money or energy moving here. Had a major bug issues, put in a request, and it took them over 3 weeks to acknowledge the issue and that was after numerous emails were sent. When the pest control finally come to our apartment they said the issue had gotten so bad, that it’ll take weeks to fix and they wish the community notified them earlier. To make matters worse, they will not let out of our lease or move units and expect us to live amongst bugs and insects. This is an... issue that we are now getting our Attorneys involved with.
This has been the worst apartment, and management I have ever dealt with and I highly recommend you rent elsewhere
