Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. No parties or events are allowed unless pre-arranged with the host, and an event fee has been paid. Unauthorized parties will incur a fine of $1000. This is a non-smoking home, and smoking will result in a $1000 fine plus smoke remediation costs. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. Exterior cameras are present for security purposes, facing the driveway. Parking on the shared driveway is not permitted.
