Perfect!

Abbi is really nice and accommodating! I had a great tour, and the place is perfect for me and my emotional support dog. She's really nice to talk to, and the place had everything I could possibly need! It seems nice and quiet here, and I immediately filled out my application and turned it in! I can't wait to move here!

Beautiful Apartments, Amazing Team!

We absolutely love living at The Avenue! The apartments are so cute, the management is AMAZING, and maintenance requests are always taken care of quickly and efficiently by caring maintenance staff. The office staff is so kind that my son and I actually swing by quite often, just to visit with them! They make it a priority to make you feel safe, comfortable, and at home - especially Abbi, Kailey, and Rima! I really can’t say enough about how awesome our experience has been throughout our time... here… 10/10 recommend checking them out!

Friendly staff

They have really improved the grounds , the apartments. They are very nice when you go in office. Really keeping riff raff out of complex. It’s awesome!!

Great job taking care of residents

They are awesome taking care of the residents and any issues we have great place to live and enjoy pool and workout room. Love the office staff very friendly and helpful and all staff

New Management Raised Rent Twice in 6 months?

TL;DR - Was great when we moved in several years ago. Sux today.

We've lived here for several years now. In that time, there have been several turn overs in the management team. The new owners are making this place undesirable. Our rent has gone up more than 25% in the last 7 months. Amenities that used to be included are now being charged for raising the cost even higher. On top of all that, the whole place now smells like dog poop. We're looking to move ASAP. For the cost they are... charging for less than 850 sq. feet, I can buy a pretty nice place in Jacksonville or even Cabot if we want to stay in a smaller place. We're moving as soon as we can find the right place.
