Community living

Rowan Park has been a great residential community to live. It has a quiet safe secluded feeling while being conveniently located within close driving to all major Little Rock businesses. Appreciate maintenance supervisor Tim as he has supported and improved property living for us all. Natalia is an amazing property manager, she is professional and friendly bringing a nice quality back to Rowan Park, so happy she is here. Thanks !

My Experience

Mrs Natalia is very professional , thorough, nice & kind. She went above and beyond on getting me approved in one day. I’ve told my co-workers about rowan apartments, there top tier, nice & quiet. I had an issue with my apartment Natalia got the situation handled & kept me informed throughout. Wish I remembered the maintenance man name, he’s awesome as well & very professional. Great place to live.

Great tour with Jalisa

This property was the cutest thing! Very nice staff member who had answered all of my questions with her upbeat personality! I really liked the layout of the 2 bedroom, especially the huge master closet. Everyone including the maintenance guy said hi to me when I walked in. I am still deciding on where to live but this place is on the top of my list!

Jalisa for the win!

The new property manager that recently took over, Jalisa, is very professional and highly driven and motivated in what she does! I’ve been waiting months for my bigger apartment to be ready for me to move in. As soon as Jalisa took over, she had the entire staff team renovating it for me and I was able to move in less than two weeks. Since she showed up, the grass has literally been greener…on account of her getting the sprinklers finally fixed. The pool is finally clean and not green,... maintenance is finally structured and actually gets projects done. And she personally interacts with all of the tenants on a daily basis. I was considering leaving this complex, but after Jalisa took over and worked her magic, I’ll likely be staying for as long she’s here to keep this place in top shape! Thanks again for everything Jalisa! You deserve a raise! :)

Great place to call home

The management is friendly and always has a smile on their face! The property is in awesome condition throughout. I would encourage everyone looking for a place to live to check this out!!
