Great layout, nice location

We really like this side of Conway. The floorplans are nice, and community is clean & new. We enjoy the on-site pool and dog park! I would recommend.

ISSUES WITH NO FIX

These townhomes are cheaply made. You can tell they quickly put them together. I was the first one to move into my unit. When I took a bath upstairs it leaked through the downstairs vent causing mold issues. Garage went off track and no one came to fix it. They didn't replace my fire extinguisher after it was used. I could go on about the issues here. They have changed management so not sure about them. And it is rather small because it is a townhome so keep that in mind.

Brand new place first ones to move it

We are the first ever to live here and there and cuts all in the floors. The flooring was installed like crap I have random holes in a brand new place.... the forgot to hook washer up and it flooded my apartment... the garage door almost never works the dishwasher is trash and mangemt left me with a Maintenance request that got ignored for months. The maintenance guy walked around shirtless all the time comes up to my door smoke tobacco.... just do not rent from these people if we don't rent for… like 3 months the go broke and forced to sell yet another property
