ROACHES
I rarely leave reviews, but my experience here warrants a clear and honest account for anyone considering these apartments.
At first glance, the pricing may seem appealing, but the reality behind it quickly becomes evident. About three months into my lease, I began experiencing a persistent roach problem—despite maintaining a consistently clean and tidy home. When I submitted maintenance requests, they were repeatedly dismissed with vague assurances that I was “on the list,” yet no meaningful... action followed. On the few occasions pest control did show up, the visits were perfunctory at best; twice, the technician simply entered briefly and left without addressing the issue. I even have this documented.
Maintenance issues extended beyond pest control. The water was shut off frequently—sometimes up to five times a month—due to so-called “emergency repairs,” making basic daily routines unnecessarily disruptive.
The amenities, which are often a deciding factor for renters, were equally disappointing. The pool opened well past the expected season and was rarely maintained in a usable condition. The playground area in the back is effectively unsafe: the sandpit is littered with cigarette waste and broken glass, and similar hazards can be found scattered throughout the parking lot. Residents should genuinely be cautious about where they walk and park.
Communication from management was inconsistent and frustrating. I submitted my required 60-day notice to vacate early, yet received no acknowledgment. Then, just 30 days before my move-out date, I was contacted and asked if there was anything they could do to convince me to stay—an interaction that felt both disconnected and insincere given the circumstances.
In short, while the rent may be lower than other options, there is a clear reason for it. The lack of proper maintenance, poor communication, and unsafe conditions make this a place I cannot recommend.
