Please believe the negative reviews
The entire move in process was terrible, being told by phone MULTIPLE TIMES that was my actual apartment would be one location only to get there after moving from Dallas TX & it was nothing like we discussed. I called the office to inform them of the error & was told there was nothing they could do about it because I had already signed my lease. The carpet was old & in terrible condition, my bathroom sink was corroded & was “scraped” by maintenance & told you all were not replacing faucets at… that time. Let’s not even mention the horrendous washer machine that I had to use. All of this was noted on my move in sheet. It’s been a terrible stay & I wouldn’t recommend!!!!!!
