Should you smoke inside, there will be a charge for the cost of smoke remediation, which can run more than $1,000. Parties or events are strictly prohibited unless pre-arranged. All guests must be registered to comply with local ordinances and regulations. Unregistered overnight guests will incur a $50 fee per night of their stay. Late check-outs that haven't been pre-approved will result in a $100 fee. If you're more than 90 minutes late, there will be a charge of either $250 or the full rate for another night.
