Don't move here

The flooring in this place on the downstairs townhome is always bubbling up... have complained like 3 times and the guy that came to fix it just used our stove to re-heat the glue already on the floor tiles coming up and placed them back down, and ruined the stove with the glue he let fall on top of it. Also, every time it rains our bathroom and bedroom leaks... have called for maintenance several times over these issues and still nothing is fixed. the parking lot is destroyed if you live in the… back area near the mailbox or the shelter insurance place. Rent is way too high for this place considering all the issues and absolutely NO AMENITIES! Ridiculous!

This place sucks!!

By far this is the worst place Inhave ever lived. I work as a travel nurse and have had many different housing assignments. These people have been nothing but awful. Can’t talk to your neighbors without them threatening you with eviction, maintenance is non existent. When they do come around they don’t give you enough time to answer the door and just walk right in. Roaches, nasty, no swimming pool that’s accessible. The water that’s in the pool is rancid and breeds mosquitos. I will NOT be… recommending this housing to anyone from my company. The attitude of the property management sucks as well. Avoid this place at all costs!! Wish I could give a negative star rating.
