Management and property

The property was beautiful and clean. The property manager was really nice. He gave a very detailed tour of the place. Was willing to help and work with me any way possible. I would definitely recommend to live here!

If there was anywhere else, I wouldn't live here.

I moved in a few months ago and, in that time, my car has been hit in the parking lot (Neighbors said that I'm not the first person this has happened to, but I did get lucky - at least MY car wasn't totaled - management said sorry, and no they don't have cameras), my air conditioning has been leaking all over my bathroom floor, and the "repair" was to screw some plastic to the ceiling. The ceiling got too sodden and the plastic fell down. Now I have holes in my cracked, periodically dripping,… ceiling. Hooray. The "renovated" apartment I'm living in has a new fridge, maybe a new dishwasher, and otherwise might have ben renovated within the last twenty years... maybe. The apartment is fairly large, the new appliances are kind of nice, I mostly like the neighbors, and I like the floor plan, but I'm also actively looking for anywhere else to live.

There is new management for The Villa and they are updating all over the property. It looks great!
