My new apartment home is more than just a place to stay it is a community that thrives and take care of their people. I have not lived in an apartment in over 20 years and this has been such a great experience -from the concierges to the front office personnel !
Everyone has been so welcoming. The apartment is full of all the necessities I need and amenities around the community is one for the books.

I love living at Bowman Pointe. Great amenities and friendly staff. Things to improve on: more regular cleaning of buildings hallways and ploughing of snow at least in front all entrances.

The apartment facilities and staff are nice. However, the apartment is painted a dark depressing color and the dark carpet adds to this effect. I feel like the carpet is worn and should have been replaced prior to renting. I hate that we have to use Amazon locker and can’t have door delivery. Such a pain!
