STELLAR TOWNHOUSES
If we didn’t have to love to KCMO, I would still be living here. EXCELLENT apartments, management, staff, and neighbors. I’ve been gone for 5 days now and I truly miss Savannah Hills. 10/10 would recommend.

Excellent! Luxury Living in Jonesboro!!!
We have been nothing but pleased here in savannah hills. We love the apt! Have had no issues with neighbors. Great quality and price point!

Great place to live
I have lived here for 5 plus years. Quiet community and never any trouble with neighborhood! Most maintenance issues solved same day or next day. No complaints one of the best townhomes I have ever lived in. Utilities are low and free cable and internet! Can't beat it! Almost as good as having your own home. Plenty of space and a front and back door for home feel.

Large and spacious townhome
We are a family four and live in a 2 bedroom townhome. It is large and conveniently located to the center of town. It is a quiet neighborhood, we dont hear our neighbors, and we haven't had any issues with management.
