don’t have high expectations
the apartment it self it’s very nice. maintenance don’t really fix anything we had our AC down for a month with a kid in our apartment. and they put one window ac in the living room for a 3 bedroom apartment. the office staff and manager are no help they just go in circles. and they keep your deposit and ask for more money for small stuff like little thumb tacks or a basic cleaning after you move out. the “clubhouse” and pool and gym area was never available the whole year i lived there, i... believe they only let certain people use it because I’ve seen people in the gym area, but when I’ve tried to go work out or swim, they always told me that it’s not open. and it says we have a bbg area but it’s not usable. and no matter how many time we complain about our down stairs neighbors outer coming to our apartment they never did anything about it. and we had mice problems
