    Poor Maintenance and Unresponsive Management

    My experience at this apartment community has been very disappointing. Many units need maintenance immediately after move-in because necessary repairs are not completed beforehand. The maintenance team appears to be understaffed, and even after submitting requests, some repairs can remain unresolved for a month or longer.

    At the same time, rent is strictly required by the second of each month, and residents may quickly receive a notice if payment is late. Management expects residents to meet    … every deadline, but does not show the same urgency when addressing maintenance issues.

    I also found the property manager to be inconsistent in following through on commitments. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this community unless if you cant find any or management improves its move-in inspections, maintenance response times, and communication with residents.
