atmosphere

I've had a great experience living at Landing Apartments at Greensboro Village. The community is clean, peaceful, and well-maintained, and the location is very convenient. The staff has always been friendly, professional, and responsive whenever I've needed assistance.
I really appreciate the overall atmosphere of the community and how comfortable it feels to call this place home. I would definitely recommend Landing Apartments at Greensboro Village to anyone looking for a nice place to live!

Amazing!! Everything about it

The Landing is very beautiful, I just recently moved in and I love it! The amenities are great, the location is central to everything! The office staff were so helpful and they have made me feel so at home, since i moved from out of state I feel right at home because of Dana and her office!

Great Apartments!

I’ve lived at The Landing for a while now and have really enjoyed it. The pool is probably my favorite thing about living here! The staff is friendly, the apartments are comfortable, and it feels like a nice community to be part of.

Poor management and amenities seldom work

Lived here for over 2 years. Gates always broke. Coffee in cafe usually not working. Staff is late to open main clubhouse often. Garbage all over the property. Staff is NOT HELPFUL.
