I’m satisfied except for the fact that it doesn’t block outside noise and the door handle is weak.The swimming pool, gym, and community facilities are excellent, and there is plenty of parking space.

Nice place to live. Staff is amazing. Very quiet and apartments are really nice in the inside
My only wish is that the parking was better for residents.

Quiet neighborhood, responsive leasing office, excellent maintenance, apartments are spacious and are relatively new and modern. Clubhouse is a cool place to hangout with friends

Nice and quiet. The maintenance is speedy. But the management has a high turnover rate. The pool fee is on average based on other properties which is particularly too high to not be 24 hour service and it's super seasonal. The pool is basically opened for 3 months or so, but yet we pay for the amenities 365 days with a time limit.
