The Staff is very helpful and do thier best to meet the needs of all residents.

My husband and I have been here a few months now and we are so pleased with the place. Our apartment fits all our needs, having the fenced in dog park for my pup is so helpful as she was used to having a yard before moving here. The only reason for 4 stars is we had some minor issues with maintenance in the first month of living here but Holly was great at helping us solve the issue and got us what we needed! We love living here! It’s mostly quiet, we rarely even hear evidence of our neighbors... sharing walls, as well as above and below us. It’s a great place to live!

Definitely happy with this move. Apartments are updated and spacious. Close to Everything, and safe. Arie was a complete gem working along side my family and I to get us squared away!

I was trying to apply to live here but there were so many hoops to jump thru. At first they were very helpful with guiding me thru the initial process of the application then things went radio silent on their end. I learned that the price that I thought I locked in went up and no one informed me of the price changes. There were multiple phone calls and emails and even double submission of requested documents but no one would follow up with me. The final email I received seemed to place the blame... on me but I am the one that made all the phone calls and still short 296 dollars and without an apartment. I would recommend applying in person and/or following up in person when applying. The property itself is still a nice starter apartment and reasonably priced.

So many hidden fees. They just keep add fees. And when you leave they will charge you so many fees so they can avoid pay back your deposit. I totally didn’t like their service. I recommend stay away from there traps.
