Great place and community. Fast with maintenance repairs and the staff keeps up with community engagement. Lucy helped set me up when I first arrived and has continued to be a big help nearly 1 year later.

There are a ton of problems with this place seems like management doesn’t care. The gate hasn’t worked since February. Tons of people ignore the 40lb dog rule expect to see plenty of pits running around. People throw their trash between buildings it doesn’t get picked up for weeks loose dogs rummage through it and scatter it around. Good luck trying to contact management I encourage any future resident to try getting them on the phone two times in a row it’s impossible. they are always out of… the office lunch and the office phone goes to voicemail. never actually rented, tried to and the application process wasn't on par in the slightest. If you know what prerequisites a possible tenant would need to have to be approved for your facility, then you need to make that known to someone applying to rent from you. So their time and money is wasted!
