DO NOT MOVE HERE!!

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! (Especially into apartment 2315)

Apartment was disgusting when I moved in despite them having MONTHS notice of my move in date. This included pee/who knows what stains on all the toilets, clumps of hair everywhere, paint splatters ALL over the floor to include an actual boot print, grime and stains all over the tub, a missing towel bar rack, disgusting drawers, broken/ripped screens, stained and dirty patio.

They RUINED my credit by falsely sending me to collections which… caused my score to drop 40 points. I received NO phone call, NO text, NO email, NO letter. Next thing I know I have a letter in the mail from a collection agency saying I owed almost $500. It took them over SIX MONTHS to rectify the situation and that only happened after I had to repeatedly hound them and contact them ON A DAILY BASIS. Even after the debt was closed, my score never recovered because of them.

They do not care one bit about noise complaints. Despite both myself AND the previous tenant who lived in the apartment before me making 30 noise complaints between the two of us about the stomping and thudding and pacing of the upstairs neighbor, they have told me flat out that they will no longer accept any noise complaints about the upstairs tenant.

Good luck getting a reply from them via email. They frequently go MIA and simply don't care enough to respond. Most recently, I emailed them my move out date over 12 days ago AND sent a follow up email and still nothing.

Great apartment and people

We just moved into the residence. Lynisa was awesome, where she gave us a virtual tour and answered all of our questions in a respectful/kind manner. The apartment was better than we expected (virtual tour) and very clean. We really appreciate our location, as it is close to everything we need (e.g., Target, gym, among others). Additionally, our neighbors have been very welcoming to two people moving out of state. My partner and I are very happy to be living in this community.

DO NOT MOVE HERE

I wish I could give this place negative stars. The staff is the least customer oriented group of people I have had to deal with. I was not able to move into my apartment the day that my lease started because I guess some of the staff wanted to start their weekend early and not stay for full hours. I was forced to get an expensive hotel at the last minute while also pulling a UHaul from out of state. The next morning when finally given a key I was not even pointed in the direction of the actual… building where my apartment. I get there and they key does not work as well not being given a mailbox key till 40 days later! After having taken up my grievances with management multiple times, the situation was never reconciled in any sort of way. Hence why the staff has had multiple turn overs. I hope that they learn a lesson in proper customer service soon!!!
