The property manager very rude and unprofessional something needs to be done.. It was billed owed on the unit I’m currently and I couldbt get my lights transferred over. And I’ve been calling with no call backs I work 8am 5pm there’s no way possible to come in the office. This is so unprofessional I’m livid.. my food is ruined because of there communication skills and professionalism

I came in for a complaint on a manager in the office and was told I could not get the upper manager number so I can file a report on how a manager disrespect me.. poor Management and very disrespect on how a tenant feels..

It’s not a bad apartment but it’s not great either. I do see roaches every night in the kitchen. They have came to spray 3 times but it doesn’t seem to help. You also have to request them to come and spray even though there’s a pest fee included in rent. We are not nasty people as I make sure the kitchen is spotless before I go to bed every night. No dishes and swept and mopped. Still every night I come check in the middle of the night when there has been no movement and there is atleast one... baby roach just chilling in the middle of the floor. Also a few months ago they had some sewer problem and my whole apartment was flooded with sewer water for about 2 days. Ruined every single towel we had, big and small, all of our area rugs, and anything that was on the floor in our closet. We do have small children so it was definitely a health hazard. A portapotty smell lingered for about a week even with candles lit. The water/repair costs were added to our bill from them and still not removed. Even with this being said they’re decent. Read More
