There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking or vaping inside the home, with immediate cancellation and a $500 deep cleaning fee. If evidence of smoking or vaping is found after checkout, an additional $500 deep cleaning fee will be charged. Early or late checkouts may be accommodated for a fee and by request only, with a $100 unauthorized late checkout fee applied for checkouts later than 11:00 AM.
