Poor management/bad living conditions
Terrible living conditions. Nothing is being fixed. Bad plumbing apt constantly floods with disgusting toilet sewer water. Full of pests (roaches and mice) that they only spray for maybe twice a year. I’ve voiced this several times and management doesn’t care! No security here my car and others have been broken into. It’s a disaster

Poor management
The new management is horrible. The staff doesn't communicate well with each other or the tenants.I would never refer anyone there with that group of management

The Ridge Texarkana Phase 2
They are nice apartments inside and out just a few things bother me like our pool is never open because its always broke or people are loud outside letting theyre kids run around all times of the night
