Coldwater Springs

THIS PLACE IS AWFUL DO NOT MOVE HERE. First off yes there are scorpions everywhere my apt would have 3-4 a week they come "spray" but that doesn't kill scorpions but I do feel like they did what they could to rectify the issue however definitely don't come here if you have kids. I never had issues till Shelly became the manager. Since then its been nothing but problems she is an absolute bully. There is no parking at all which I don't complain about im just letting you know don't be fooled by… the parking up front for new residents and the 6 spaces used for mail parking only you cant park here or they will tow your car which happened to my boyfriend once $150 later still didn't complain sorry we didn't want to walk from the other side of the complex with young kids . But on to other things some kids in the complex went in to the office and stole some coffee cops so what does Shelly do She serves all the parents of kids in the complex 10 days notices to move. My son wasn't even in the office I could be here all day but im telling you run they lock your account out all the time Shelly is awful I hope the owners start reading the reviews she needs to go Read More

I went for a tour and the lady up front was amazingly nice! She was very nice to me and she explained everything very very well! The neighborhood is very nice and very clean way better than any other apartment in Avondale! I looked into living there but now I'm just waiting to see if the time is right to move in there or not. Moving here to Avondale AZ, from New Mexico was necessary, but it was very important that my Husband & I found the right place to start out journey. When we came out to Coldwater Springs to fill out paperwork, car loaded with our little one and most of our belongings, we found there was much more paperwork to be filled than previously told.

Our first night there, we discovered glass all over the carpet. Our dishwasher was replaced once, the dryer needed fixing, the washing machine's turn-nob… was jammed and had to be replaced. The garbage disposal was replaced. The plumbing in the sink had to be CLEANED out, the shower head was replaced and we've had several wasps nests show up on out back patio.

We have neighbors from all over the country , because 80% of the population here consists of UTI college students. No one will tell you they've enjoyed their stay here. The pools are dirty, they don't enforce strict "pet cleaning" rules, there's trash in all of the bushes and the native Arizonians are RUDE. We YET have to experience a good time out here, especially at these "Luxury apartments" that aren't so luxurious.
