Crystal Springs

I’ve lived at Crystal Springs for over 18 months and am currently in the process of upgrading to a bigger unit. During my time here, the staff has helped me in ways they didn’t have to, and I appreciate that.
For example, when my partner was at work and I was carrying my baby and car seat, Nick stepped in and helped me carry it, which meant a lot in that moment. The front office staff — Jaida, Nick, Nikki, and Tiana — are the main people I’ve interacted with, and they’ve always had a nice vibe.... They have great personalities, they’re easy to talk to, and it never feels uncomfortable going into the office or asking questions. They talk to you like a normal person, which makes a difference.
They’ve even gotten to know my kids, and Tiana and Jaida have no problem talking to them like they’re their aunties. As a parent, that kind of comfort and familiarity means a lot.
There were a couple times I needed clarification on things, but when I went back and spoke with them, they took the time to explain everything and walk me through it so I understood.
Brandi, as the property manager, has also helped me in other ways and worked with me when needed, which I appreciate. One of the biggest life changes they saw me through was the loss of my teenage brother. During that time, when I wasn’t able to move in right away because of everything happening, they worked with me and showed understanding. They’ve seen me through a lot of ups and downs, especially during that period, and I’ll always be grateful for the patience and compassion they showed.
They’ve seen me through a lot over this past year and a half, including having a baby and now moving into a bigger space. Overall, they’ve been approachable, patient, and willing to work with me.
No place is perfect, but I can say the office staff have been kind, easy to talk to, and helpful when I needed it. That’s a big part of why I’ve stayed and decided to upgrade instead of leaving. Read More

very loud most of the time you have people with their cars revving and music very loud speeding in the parking lot mopeds non stop driving it’s rarely quiet you can’t get good sleep

Due to relocating from another state, I virtually completed my move-in process and I could not be happier with my apartment! It was clean and even more beautiful than the pictures I seen online. The staff was friendly and answered all of my questions when asked. 10/10 community!

Love my apartment and my neighbors. I have the cutest apartment and my favorite part is the massive walk in cloesets. I also have sweet neighbors that all keep an eye out for eachother and help eachother out. The maintenance staff is friendly and they are always picking up the community and making sure there is no trash. The office ladies have always been very helpful and understanding. Last but not least the pools are all fabulous and so pretty.

I have the cutest apartment. They have really nice white cabinets and quartz counter tops which are so easy to clean. I have a really nice neighbor that helps me when I am out of town with packages and keeping a eye out and I love the beautiful pools.
