Don’t be fooled.
They do not do even minor maintenance, and fail in any large maintenance needs unless it could get them in trouble to not do it. So forget a new carpet when you move in, forget the screen door for your sliding glass door, forget the security bar you should have, forget having a working dishwasher, toilet, microwave, air conditioner. Oh, and do look forward to ridiculous rent increases, lots of lies and excuses and no help from ANYONE.

It is so nice to have jeromy come and take care of things when we need him to. He's always there asap, I'm glad to have the security in things done right it our new place. Thank you jeromy and Denise for making it a pleasure to be part of the la habra family.
