Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at any time during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9 pm to 8 am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Removing smoke detectors will result in a $500 penalty. No weapons or drugs are allowed; police will be called for any violations. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hour late fee. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. The minimum age requirement for the primary person booking is 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests.
