The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel per guest per stay is provided. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. The minimum age requirement of the primary person booking should be 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests.
