Just poor communication to residents. They absolutely do not care to make their residents happy. Pools were always closed for random reasons and often we were never notified. They wouldn’t even bother to put a sign up that the pool is closed. Could never get into the gym because they would change the locks or the lock would be broken. Rent is high and not worth it. This is one of the worse managenement companies I have ever dealt with. Maintenance is a joke. No one knows what they are doing, lost work orders, never showing up to fix things. Cheap everything and constantly breaking fixtures cabinets, appliances. Walls are paper thin. All upgrades they promised, but did not deliver. Do not move here. New management is worse than what they had before

I have lived here for almost 3 years and have had a great experience...until recently. I have had scorpions in my apartment over the past few weeks and now my AC is not working and they won't come out to fix it after dark?!?!? It's 93 degrees outside and I can't even open my windows or doors because of the scorpions! The past ownership would come out at any hour to try to fix the AC! ( I once called them at midnight when my AC was out and they put me up in another apartment for the night!) This... new ownership (MG Properties) has not been a positive experience at all! Read More

I applied for a unit and paid the application fees, then I received an email stating the website was not updated with the current rental prices. I emailed back stating I have written documentation of the price quoted and i should be accommodated for what was online. They insisted the website is not updated and I would have to pay the higher price and I should have called first. I was very upset because if I go online, choose a unit, pay the fees and lock in my price that should be honored. ... I canceled my application and requested my application fees be refunded as I would not be interested in doing business with them. First impression is everything and there is no way I would rent from this place. My apartment is 1200 square feet of pure beauty. It's nestled in Chandler suburban community. I am extremely pleased everyday when I am able to kick my shoes off at the door walk in to my kitchen where cabinets are endless, my microwave is built in and my refrigerator never lets me down of an ice cold brew after working 12 hours. My two children who each have a spacious bedroom of their seem to find a happy medium of whose room is cooler. I love it! I have an amazing living room which allows for... a quite evening at home or theatre like setting for Super Bowl entertaining. I can't say enough about this "country brook" I call home.
