Beautiful, Quiet Living
Butterfield, as stated in other reviews, has AWESOME staff! Kathy (Property Manager), Paul (Lead Maintenance) & Mike (Maintenance) are wonderful, KIND, professional and friendly! You're not just a tenant here, you're part of a family.
Butterfield is a HOME, not just a place to live. There are community events every month to get to know your neighbors, free Wi-Fi in the Clubhouse, beautiful & lush grounds, a newly renovated pool and a feeling of belonging. I'm home and have no plans to... leave!

Enjoyed living here
Staff is extremely helpful and responsive to their tenants needs. Very quiet living and grounds are kept up nicely, even the designated pet areas. The apartment had open space and I love having the washer/dryer in the unit. A thanks to Kathy in the main office as she was helpful and quick on the information I needed. A thanks to the Butterfield team!

Wonderful experience at the Butterfield Apartments...a Home away from Home.
I needed an adult time out from my family and moved into the Butterfield Apartments for a year. The staff was excellent, and they speedily fixed anything that needed work. The yards are beautiful and well maintained year around. Snow removal was a Blessing this past year. I always felt safe there, and if you get to know your neighbors, friendships arise. The workout room had everything you needed, the pool is inviting, and every month the CARES team has get togethers, where you can meet... others from this big complex.
I would move back there in a heartbeat if an adult time out is ever needed again. Thanks to Kathy, Brook, and Joel....you made my stay truly comforting and great.

The management here is terrible
You might as well not have a gym room or computer (1) because management runs you out. Yearly inspections (?) Generally unfriendly management.
