I can’t say enough great things about Keller and Tiffany, the leasing agent there! Keller is a very quiet and safe place, and all of the residents are friendly. The staff at Keller are very attentive and on top of things. From the very beginning, I've had a great experience. Tiffany went above and beyond to help me find the perfect unit that fit exactly what I was looking for. She took the time to listen to my needs and situation, answered every question with patience, and made the entire... leasing process stress-free.

From walking into the office and meeting with Tiffany I could truly feel how much she genuinely cares about the residents. Anytime I’ve had a question or maintenance concern, Tiffany and Mike, the maintenance guy, have responded quickly and made sure the issue was resolved right away. Mike has even went out of his way to help me with other tasks from just seeing me in need of help as he’s around the complex. It’s so reassuring to know there’s people in the office who are dependable, compassionate, and always willing to help.

Exceptional customer service like this is hard to find, and I’m incredibly grateful for everything Tiffany and Mike have done. Great place Eric the office manager is amazing and made my experience here amazing. The property is great , quiet, and safe. They’re fast with anything you need and always there to help.

I moved in here in July of 2021. Since moving in I delt with dirty apartments (I had moved to a 2 bedroom from a 1 bedroom) that I had to clean before moving in. Things constantly breaking down, parking issues, disrespect, inconsideration and more.

It used to be a good place. Since the property manager was let go, it turned for the worst. The office stuff are rude, inconsiderate, disrespectful and treat you like crap after paying so much in rent.

All the stuff here are untrustworthy and... disrespectful. With all the issues this is not a good place to live. I'm glad my lease is up and I'm moving. Read More

I've lived here a year, and although the grounds look nice the material make up of the apartments leave more to be desired. Cheap fixtures, faucets, the layout of the apartments are terrible to try to put furniture in. They nickel and dime you for EVERYTHING! You pay for gas, that you don't have in the apartment, you pay for Concierge Trash pick up which is hit & miss, then you ALSO pay each month for "Trash" which is a dumpster! Management and Maintenance when I first moved in was ok, but in... the last 3 months it has went to ZERO. Maintenance requests get passed over and over, and forget notifying the office - they don't respond to requests or emails. So "Let The Buyer Beware". You DO NOT get what you pay for! Read More
