The apartment complex will throw a couple hundred dollars of amenities on your rent. Use it or not it's not a choice. They'll do anything they can to get into your pockets too. They're partnered with a couple towing companies. So make sure you're tags are good or your vehicle might not be there. If you want to give your money away for a thousand rules and no internet this is the place for you. They have no clue how to solve any problems and partner with towing companies so beware of that. There is no reason it should be this much money. After all the stuff they add without any of your input is WAY too much. Good luck not getting bought out again.

They took my money when they weren’t suppose to on an unfinished application. I asked prior to applying, once I let them know that it still took the application fee out even though the application was not fully processed nor submitted, they assured me a refund. It’s been 3 weeks now I’ve called almost every other day and they continued to tell me they will “let me know by the end of the day” with an update because they somehow don’t know where the money went? I have provided all proof that the… money was taken out of my account and they have confirmed that it shouldn’t have happened yet I receive NO updates and still waiting for the refund. I have disputed it with my bank in hopes that when my bank does reach out to them, they provide them with the same confirmation that I should be refunded. After living at this apartment complex for almost a month, we have had a total of three days of internet. The process to get us the most basic of stipulations from THEIR lease agreement has proven to be the most difficult. They’re contractually obligated to provide internet and they can’t. In our home we have someone that works from home. We cannot work if we don’t have internet. How are we supposed to pay rent on time? We were a day late beyond their threshold for rent so they added $100 late… fee. After we came to the front to pay the rent And fee with a check, they would not accept a check form since it’s a day late. We now are being forced to use their website and a card (which carries another $60 card service fee - just to use a debit card). On top of everything we are still having to pay the full amount for internet... someone please tell me how this is right? The gentleman who came to fix our internet says the part to fix it, which comes from South Korea, would take 5-10 more Business days before arrival.
