Liv Northgate

I lived at Liv Northgate for 3 years. It was the best place I have lived in my 10 years renting. The community is wholesome, the maintenance team is great and quick, and everyone is SO kind. They remember who you are fairly early on. I was sad to leave but another chapter was opening for me. I have referred many people there and they all love it, some are still living there. As a new resident of the Liv community, my first impression was fantastic! A friendly assistant named Waren gave me a tour of the area and was very helpful in understanding the facilities. I look forward to living here during the school semester.

Do not believe these reviews this apartment is terrible ! Not modern what soever I seen rats running around , and smelled like garage throughout the whole community and the front office/club house smelled like Chuck E. Cheese I’m giggling as a right that but it was true !

Positive: Maintenance is VERY quick to respond and handle requests quickly. Neighbors are nice, Area is Quiet and Apartments are spacious and PERFECT for single occupancy. (I live alone so I can only speak to the one bedroom experience) The layout is very spacious and modern. I particularly love the bathroom and closet sizes. The in-unit washer and dryer is another plus as it is in its own separate laundry room. No scorpions!

Negative (beyond their control): There is a pungent manure smell from... time to time in the early morning. There are also tons of "poopie" birds that like to leave their "marks" every where. Followed by little lizards that love to hang around the doors and walls.

The property is nice, amenities are decent when in service. Maintainance is very quick to respond. The sights are beautiful, but the sounds and the smells... Not so much. If you are not on the top floor, you will hear EVERY footstep from above. And if you are unlucky enough to live below rude neighbors who (I'm guessing) ?tip over dressers? at all hours of the night, you can kiss sleep good bye. At least you can open your door and breathe in the suffocating cow manure smell. It's intolerable in... December... Thank god I won't have to find out what the heat of a valley summer does to magnify the smell. Great staff and dog friendly community doesn't justify the steep prices. For the price of a 2 bedroom, you could rent A FULL HOUSE in a quieter, better smelling section of town. Read More
