Well, my experience was like I always say I was welcomed with free arms. They were lovely caring . They expressed everything to me to the best way possible for me to understand. I absolutely love living here at NOVEL Val Vista! The staff is great, the buildings are kept clean just as a hotel is kept, and I love the aesthetics of the common areas/amenities.

Novel has been a blessing to our family and we are extremely pleased to live here and invite other to live here as well!

What I enjoy most about living at Novel is the sense of community and also how convenient everything is. There’s always fun engaging activities going on for those of us that live alone and plenty of family friendly activities. The complex is always clean and the staff go above and beyond to communicate any outages or issues, it’s clear that they enjoy their job and want to make living here as peaceful as possible for the residents which I love and respect
