New apartment with impressive amenities and very friendly staff. However, it was not always very easy to get ahold of them to set up leasing documents, and we had some issues with the system.

The maintenance service is disorganized and slow. They don't work with deadlines, and there's no clarity on the status of requests. They simply say the matter has been noted and that the orders will be completed shortly.

Excellent amenities, but some of the residents do smoke in non-smoking areas and creepily stare when at the pool. They need to hire more than one agent who handles new clients. Some of the units still have paint splattered/chips from the walls to the floors. Trash valet is not on the same hours as they're contracted on paper compared to what's listed on the trash can itself. It's nice to have residential discounts for local shops.
