Wish I could give zero stars

Worst living experience of my life. Here is a list of everything wrong with this place:
Fire alarms have gone off 9 times, since we moved in, had to evacuate, including once at 2:30am, dates 3/16, 3/20, 3/28, 4/9, 5/7, 6/22, 6/28, 7/14, 8/23. Someone has defecated in the pool. The patio misters haven’t worked all summer.
Trash chute is always jammed, trash cans overflowing in halls. Hot tub has been closed for a week. A treadmill has been out of service since we moved in last December. They… pressure washed the garage and debris leaked through the floor above us and damaged our new car, never paid us for the detail we had to do on it. Garage doors malfunction all the time. Don’t rent here. One thing they do well so I guess that merits 1 star: maintenance is pretty quick at resolving issues in your home.

DO NOT RENT HERE

This is hands down the worst community I have ever lived in. From issues with the parking garage not working correctly to nonstop fire alarms at all hours of the day and night, living here has been nothing short of a nightmare.
