Vivace at Gateway Place

I absolutely loved living in this community! It’s a newer, beautifully designed property with thoughtfully placed amenities that truly enhance everyday living. The grounds are perfectly balanced with nature, featuring a peaceful walking path, a spacious dog park with a convenient dog wash station, playground, and even a pickle ball court.

The resort-style pool and hot tub feel like a private spa retreat, and the fitness center and massage room make it easy to prioritize wellness. The community... lounge with coffee bar and WiFi is perfect for relaxing or getting work done.
HOWEVER, the pleasantry of the community has changed when management was replaced.
While the property itself is beautiful and thoughtfully designed, the management experience has unfortunately taken away from the enjoyment of living here. The manager enforces an extremely rigid standard of “complete silence” that feels excessive and intrusive, even during normal daytime hours.
The atmosphere can feel more restrictive than welcoming, which is disappointing given how vibrant and well-designed the community is. There appears to be little tolerance for normal everyday living. from the laughter of children playing, the gathering of residents for holiday celebrations, the simplicity of music being enjoyed or even normal dog activity. It can feel as though everyday community living is discouraged rather than embraced. A more balanced and reasonable approach to community living would greatly improve the overall experience. I have toured apartments throughout Gilbert and the Watermark @ Gateway Place has excellent quality, great location & very helpful staff. Will be moving in soon!

We love our new spacious apartment. The staff at the complex have been friendly and very attentive. The location is conveniently located near stores and restaurants.
