Brook Creek Apartments

My apartment was flooded with sewer water and they told me that their plumbing was for over 6 hours then showed up about 9 hours later and they didnt clean my apartment until 3am. They never cleaned up bathroom from flood. My house stinks. Dont rent 2bd 2 bth those apartment s flood with sick sewer water

Really enjoy living here!! Best place ever. Pool is sweet. People are super fun and friendly. Management is the best.

When I moved in, my apartment was not ready but I wasn't told that until I was there with the moving truck. I've had continual issues since I moved in. I had a huge roach issue. Repairs that were done to get my apartment ready had to be redone sometimes a few times. My ac has leaked 4 times since I moved in in October. My countertops had to be redone twice after I moved in making my kitchen unusable for a whole month. My roof was leaking from a storm a few months ago during the night and… emergency maintenance never called me back. The office and maintenance person argued the next day about who was on call. The management company doesn't care. I've been told since January that Sara from corporate would be calling me to discuss all my issues, but I've never been called. Last time I went to the office, I was told "oh I talked to her but she doesn't know who you are." Still no call. I've been a model tenant and pay my rent on time each month. This place is a joke. This place is a joke moved in had several work orders put in 4 months later they still never came to fix anything I had to fix them myself. The old property manager let everyone do what they want so the new one can't do anything because the long time residents will complain. Con am the company running this place is a bigger joke they collect your rent and that's it. Seems more and more good people are moving out and more trash is moving in by the day. I can't wait to get out of here.
