The service is bad, most of the laundry machines are not working and very dirty, noisy, zero customer service. the apts itself is outdated and, most appliances are old and not working properly, come to the laundry facility you will be surprised, you have to pay a parking fee.

DO NOT LIVE HERE
Husband and I lived here almost 3 years and didn’t get our deposit back because of normal wear and tear(carpets-that were terrible at move in- not being cleaned but they were?) kids everywhere. Nothing gets fixed in your apartment. They show stock photos. Never once got to use the pool while living here- it opened as we moved out but was never clean. Save yourself the headache and don’t even look. Area sucks as well, lots of crime.
New manager seems like she’s trying to fix all the past errors... and after telling her everything I still didn’t receive even paper work after move out.
Said I’d give a decent review if moveout went smooth, so here’s my review. DONT DO IT.

Inside is nice. Outside is not.
The inside of the renovated units are nice, modern, and generally clean. However, the complex is trash. Every day, there are people outside yelling at one another. One day, I woke up to the police raiding one of the units with guns drawn. The tenants here are disrespectful and not clean. There is almost always trash and dog poop in the common walkways. The parking area is always disgusting. They let their kids run around and play together unsupervised all day. The neighborhood does not feel... safe at all and the units only have one flimsy lock. The complex is "gated" but I have never seen the gate actually closed so what's the point? I feel like I have to be constantly on my toes when I'm at home because it simply is not a safe area. On top of that, when I moved in, there was PILES of pigeon poop on my balcony. I called the office and they said that they wouldn't be able to take care of it because of COVID. However, I have seen repair people here multiple times. I'm not skittish but the balcony is completely unusable. It's unfair because I specifically wanted a balcony and am paying for it each month but I can never go on it because the property is too cheap to come pressure wash clean it. Make sure you come see the complex in person before signing anything so that you know what you are getting into. Overall, I don't recommend it.

Roaches, trash, and unsupervised children
I will start with a positive which is that the renovated units are very trendy inside (if you don’t count the roaches). The employee that everyone is raving about (Abby) no longer works there and the apartment is under new management. The entire time I lived there the pool was out of service. There are about 25 stray cats that live in the garbage bins at the complex and use the playground as a litter box. The playground area is extremely loud and littered with trash. If you get to choose which... unit you live in avoid the playground area at all costs. Another consequence of that for us was that children used to sit on our “porch” and throw rocks at our window. When I’d go outside to confront them it would be literal 1 year old babies in diapers with no parent or older sibling in sight. Just a literal baby sitting on our porch throwing rocks. And this would happen often. Inside the apartment, things were assembled in the cheapest way possible. Our kitchen cabinet doors would fall off all the time, the toilet paper holder would fall out of the wall, and our dishwasher fell out of its slot. Every single week I’d get an email or text from the apartment complex saying that the water was going to be shut off. The office is disorganized since the new management came and mixed up residents’ personal information in the files/computer. The area is not very safe or aesthetic either. This is probably the worst place I’ve ever lived.
