A place to call home.

I had an amazing experience with Evolution at Estrella Falls! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and valued. Vanessa was incredibly friendly, helpful, and took the time to answer all my questions. The community is beautiful, well-kept, and the apartments are modern and spacious. You can tell they truly care about their residents. I highly recommend Evolution at Estrella Falls to anyone looking for a place that feels like home!

Poor staff and allows smoking

The manager is never here and makes you wait when she’s at your location to do anything. We’ve complained MULTIPLE times about smoking and smelling cigarettes in our apartment from surrounding apartments smoking. There are strict rules in the agreement about smoking and that it is prohibited but they do not care. I called in to complain one time and asked if they wanted to come smell it and they said no. We are very unhappy living here. They will not make the people who are smoking leave and… they will not let us out of our lease. I do not recommend living here if you want a place that abides by the rules and cares about their tenants.

Amazing Customer service!

My wife and I are new to the area and after touring about 12 other communities, it was great finally seeing Liv Goodyear. Jewels, the leasing consultant, took her time to show us the amenities and beautiful community. She was very charming and showed that she cared about us and our future. We are settling in to the area and we certainly look forward to moving here in the near future.
