Love it here

I’ve been living here since relocating from Philly to Phoenix, and I must say that the new management has truly made this place amazing!

The front office staff is always friendly, welcoming, and available whenever you need them. The maintenance team is also great—they don’t waste any time responding to requests and getting things fixed as quickly as possible.

The pool is really nice, and the outdoor gym is a great added bonus. It’s clear that the management genuinely cares about and… appreciates their residents, which makes a big difference.

The location is perfect, and I’ve never had any issues with bugs or pests. Overall, I can honestly say that I love living here and I’m very happy I chose this community as my home.

Best Apartment

I can’t say enough great things about Beacon at 601! The entire team is absolutely amazing from the office staff to the maintenance team. Everyone is so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely cares about the residents. Any questions or concerns are handled quickly, and they always go above and beyond to help.

The community is consistently clean, beautiful, and well maintained, which really shows how much pride the team takes in the property. It’s such a great place to live because of the people who… work here. Their professionalism, kindness, and dedication make all the difference. I highly recommend Beacon at 601 to anyone looking for a community that truly feels like home!

Great Complex

I’ve lived here almost three years now, and Beacon is the best complex I’ve lived at by far. Price wise, amenity wise and location wise, I couldn’t have asked for a better complex for my fiancé and I. Staff is helpful, maintenance is prompt and the gym is top notch for an apartment complex! I’ll always recommend Beacon (:
