We have 12 months living here and never had an issue. The staff is friendly and the maintenance is quick very clean calm area.

I’ve never had anything than the occasional light bulb that needs replaced, and maintenance is always there within a day. The management hosts fun community activities. A great place, especially for the price.

I have lived at exchange on the 8 since September. The office staff is absolutely fantastic and so knowledgeable. They treat everyone like family. The maintenance staff is always so kind and friendly. The always great me while I’m walking my dog. Also the maintenance supervisor is so knowledgeable. I always see him running from one area to another. All in all my experience with my community has been so great I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else.
