The overall quality of the unit is mid to say the least, the maintenance team has been amazing and I understand their hard work, however I doubt the apartment was serviced prior to moving in with appliances issues and overall build quality. I will say that the maintenance team is very dedicated and hard working to solve these issues and this is more of a matter of leadership amongst Cortland management.

We honestly did love our apartment, it felt like a luxury apartment but many things have changed and for the price we pay the good no longer outweighs the bad. I've had my car broken into, maintenence walk into our home without warning (unlocking our door), cockroach infestation, terrible parking situation, the amount of accidents we've nearly been in due to the blind spots around the garages. Unfortunately we just don't feel it's the best or safest we can do for our newborn. We are hoping... moving out early will be approved by management respectfully so we can leave a decent review because this place did feel like home for some time.

This is a horrible place to live in. Everything inside the house is falling apart. My floor plan is horrible, there's no windows in the living room or dining room so smell from cooking is always trapped. Management is terrible. They will make you feel that you are frustrated that's why you are complaining about something whereas they don't realize that they always fail to help you with your problems. Please don't consider this as your next home. You'll regret!!
